1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using services, coaching programs, digital products, professional development sessions, consulting, or any other offerings provided by EmpowerED Endeavors, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Visitors must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase services or digital products. Schools, districts, teams, and organizations may authorize designated representatives to make purchases or schedule services on their behalf.

• Leadership coaching

• Consulting for schools, districts, and organizations

• Workshops and training sessions

• Customized services tailored to client needs

• Digital products, guides, templates, and resources

Service details may change at any time. EmpowerED Endeavors reserves the right to modify, pause, or update offerings.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments must be completed before services are delivered unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Pricing for services or digital products is listed on the website or provided in official contracts or invoices.

EmpowerED Endeavors may use secure third party payment processors. Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

EmpowerED Endeavors provides refunds according to the Refund Policy below. By booking services, clients agree to the following rules:

1. Cancellation Within 48 Hours for a Full Refund

Clients may cancel any booked service within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation Up to 14 Days Before the Scheduled Service for a 30 Percent Refund

If a client cancels after the initial 48 hour period but before the fourteen day mark, the client will receive a 30 percent refund.

3. No Refunds Within 14 Days of the Scheduled Service

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen days of the scheduled service date.

4. No Refunds for Digital Products

All digital products including templates, guides, toolkits, workbooks, and downloads are final sale. No refunds are provided once delivery occurs or access is granted.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session or training based on availability. EmpowerED Endeavors is not required to honor rescheduling requests but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by EmpowerED Endeavors including digital products, tools, guides, videos, presentations, templates, curriculum, branding, and written materials remains the property of EmpowerED Endeavors.

 

Clients may not copy, share, sell, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.

8. Use of the Website

Visitors agree not to:

• Copy materials without permission

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to breach security features

• Upload harmful content

 

EmpowerED Endeavors may restrict access to the site for misuse or violation of these terms.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

EmpowerED Endeavors provides all services and digital products in good faith. However, EmpowerED Endeavors is not responsible for:

• Results based on client implementation

• Losses or damages related to use of products or services

• Website interruptions or errors beyond our control
