EmpowerED Endeavors is committed to providing transparent guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments. By booking services with EmpowerED Endeavors, clients agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellation Within 48 Hours — Full Refund

Clients may cancel services within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation Up to 14 Days Before the Service — 30% Refund
Cancellations made after the initial 48-hour window, but up to 14 days before the scheduled service, are eligible for a 30% refund.

3. Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Service — No Refunds
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund due to the advanced planning, preparation, and scheduling required.
4. Digital Products — No Refunds
All digital products are non refundable. This includes downloads, templates, guides, toolkits, workbooks, and all other electronically delivered materials. Once access is provided or the file is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
