About the Owner
Dr. Donica Cuspard, founder of EmpowerEd Endeavors, holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. Her lifelong dedication to education is rooted in a family tradition of teaching and enriched by extensive experience within national and international institutions, the public and private sectors, and state educational agencies. This unique background inspired the development of her 4Es Model.
As a nationally recognized presenter, Dr. Cuspard regularly shares expertise at leading education conferences, focusing on student-centered practices, student voice and choice, and fostering innovative learning environments that improve outcomes. Her leadership is seen in district-wide student-centered initiatives, driving teacher effectiveness, student engagement, and higher achievement under the Engage and Equip pillars of the 4Es Model.
